Our Philosophy

Within a few short years since founding our first company, namely, Halkidiki Properties, when the economic crisis had just stared, we have been innovative in all Real Estate sectors. Today we are managing the largest database of holiday properties in Northern Greece, giving our customers the opportunity to promote their properties on more than 100 sites around the globe in 6 languages. Furthermore, we have expanded our activities through the acquisition of "Greek Properties", which mostly offers holiday and investment properties for sale or rent in all famous tourist destinations across our country, e.g. Mykonos, Santorini, Crete, Corfu, Zante and Cephalonia, to name a few.

Dozens of friends, families and institutional investors from abroad have assigned us the task of making their dream come true. This is achieved because of our strong team spirit, methodical work and excellent organization of the youngest Real Estate group in our country. This has made more than 3000 customers trust us with their estate assets and dreams.

To date we have concluded dozens of private projects in the Construction sector, but, above all, we have dozens of satisfied clients who, in the course of time, have become good friends...

The Story

Year 2007

Things are set in motion and the initial business plans are made for establishing the largest, smart Real Estate Network in Greece. The company is housed in a small office, where its foundations are laid.

Year 2008

We already count a significant number of properties in North Greece, while we launch the first webpage,HalkidikiProperties.com .

Year 2009

The development of our smart electronic property management systems begins and soon becomes the cornerstone for our success.

Year 2011

We moved to the heart of Thessaloniki, at a new office; we already have 8 associates and more than 1000 unique properties. The company enters the construction field, as we undertake developing and completing private projects, with great success and consistency.

Year 2013

We open new branches and partner offices to serve our customers in Belgrade and Moscow, where we receive and handle the bulk of requests. We already have more than 20 associates and optimize our systems. For the first time in Greece, we offer comprehensive solutions that advertise and promote properties via an automated network of commercials on more than 100 websites and portals around the world. The year is successfully closed, bringing us to the highest rank of holiday property sales in Northern Greece. We become a certified member of the global community of Realtors, FIABCI (the only company from Northern Greece and one of the 18 nationwide).

Year 2014

We establish our new subsidiary company, “Aeromedia?, which deals with professionally photographing and videotaping properties, so that they may be fully and professionally presented on Web. Furthermore, “Aeromedia?, as a true innovator, proceeds with purchasing special drones, which combine aerial videos and perfectly depict the surrounding area and the property itself. Several departments providing various services related to real estate are created, as well as more specialized customer services, such as legal and notary public support, accounting services, civil and architectural engineering, a Marketing and Research Department and a fully equipped remote electronic customer support service. “Greek Properties? is now here to stay!

Year 2015

Our company is relocated to our new offices, next to Thessaloniki Macedonia Airport at a unique venue deployed over an area of 1,000 m2, designed by Mr. Fotios Tsifoutidis, a famous architect; this is where all services related to real estate properties are now found in a ‘one-stop shop’. Our company signs a contract for the exclusive representation of the largest Real Estate Company in Bulgaria, namely, “Bulgarian Properties & Luximoti?. New customers' support spots are established around the world, their main target-clientele being Greeks abroad. More than 3,000 properties are already handled in Northern Greece and a network has been established to include the 12 most attractive holiday destinations in Greece; the new portfolio includes 12,000 properties and keeps growing stronger. The manpower now associated with our company exceeds 40 people.
